Details:

• Pay: $50K base + commission (Avg. first year earnings = $60k-$65k/yr.)
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Type: Direct Hire (permanent)
• Location: 100% in-office for the 1st year and then open to discussion

Duties:

• Work out of an established territory
• Manage current customer accounts and identify new prospects with outbound cold calls to build on your book of business 
• Set and accomplish daily contacting goals (approx. 40 calls/day)
• Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products ranging from banners and flags to hardware and decorations 
• Input all calls and sales activities into CRM and follow up on target opportunities 
• Ability to recommend a solution that best fits your customers' needs based on their budget and vision
• Mantain ommunicateion with your customer through the entirety of the order process to ensure a smooth delivery and exceeded expectations
• Plan, forecast and execute specific budgeted goals
• Complete bids/quotes and provide information to customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Excellent phone skills
