This growing company is looking to hire a sharp individual to join their new modern office in the heart of the North Loop Minneapolis area! Details/Duties:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• $20-22/hr depending on experience
• temp to hire on permanent after 90 days
• In office position! They will provide a parking pass for you if needed!
• Manage customers by being the point of contact to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing, such as size or color of products/orders.
• Work in Salesforce where you will process orders quickly and efficiently
• Interact with clients over the phone and via email
• Administrative tasks such as checking order to ensure that customers have entered correct details, such as prices, discounts or product numbers
• Issue credit notes and customer complaints
• Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers
• Open mail, process invoices and customer statements
