Job Description
Job Duties:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and directing callers to the right department.
- Ensuring high level of customer service for all callers and visitors and following standardized guidelines for phone interaction.
- Field common questions from employees and staff daily.
Requirements:
- One to two years of prior office experience including reception, filing, customer service roles, and administrative duties
- Prior experience in a call center environment handling customer service/collection is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive upbeat attitude, willingness to learn, outstanding problem-solving skills, and professional demeanor
- Has the ability to follow detailed call outlines.
Additional Info:
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6PM Monday-Thursday, 7 AM-4 PM on Fridays
