We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager:
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide continuous, in-person and remote training to sales team across LA, IE, and Oxnard. Training encompasses digital offerings, sales processes, and operations
     
  • Assist Media Strategists in generating leads and delivering digital presentations to clients.
     
  • Conduct ongoing research to remain updated on the latest digital trends and opportunities.
     
  • Motivate and inspire Media Strategists to schedule digital consultancy appointments.
     
  • Present digital offerings and strategies to potential clients.
     
  • Follow up with presented clients and collaborate with Media Strategists to secure new business.
     
  • Tailor digital campaigns to meet the specific needs and budget constraints of clients.
     
  • Keep sales materials current to reflect the latest offerings and provide relevant work examples.
     
  • Monitor digital media revenue and ensure alignment with annual goals.
     
  • Track the success of existing digital campaigns for clients and collaborate with the team to develop retention and growth strategies year after year.
     
  • Formulate strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual digital budget targets.
     
  • Contribute to the overall team effort to deliver exceptional digital sales solutions while fostering cooperative and collaborative teamwork. Build working relationships with colleagues, community members, and the public.
     
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when representing the company.
     
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Regional Digital Sales Manager.
     
  • Adhere to punctuality and established work schedules, with the ability to accommodate additional hours when necessary.
     
  • Fulfill other requested and necessary duties.
     
  • A preferred disposition includes a positive, proactive, driven, and enjoyable demeanor.
     
Qualifications:
 
  • Highly preferred: Five or more years of experience in digital sales management.
     
  • Highly desirable: Previous experience in digital strategy, digital media, advertising, sales, marketing, or related fields.
     
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding digital trends and opportunities.
     
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.
     
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with insurability (driving record will be evaluated).
     
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in the English language.
     
  • Proficiency in developing presentations for sales purposes and effectively delivering cohesive strategies.
     
  • Ability to respond appropriately to questions and think on your feet.
     
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in negotiation and closing techniques.
