Located in Fresno, CA ***Direct Hire***

EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering required, preferably from a technical college with hands-on field experience requirements EXPERIENCE * 5-10 years practical experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer * Familiarity using 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks * Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Computer-aided Design (CAD), Computer-aided Manufacturing (CAM) * Experience in various manufacturing processes and techniques (5 years required, 10 years preferred) * Experience in executing improvement projects with LEAN Manufacturing concepts COMPENSATION * Exempt position; Pay range: $64,480 - $75,000 annually * Final compensation will be determined and based on experience * This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law
* Quarterly bonus option for most employees
