We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Irvine, CA for an Automotive Electronics Company!
$22.00 per hour
Temp to hire!
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers and troubleshooting on Products
- Identifying clients needs based on individual calls, emails and resolving in a timely manner
- Identify and communicate product issues and customer concerns to company employees for improving our products and processes
- Optimize and help streamline our customer service processes
- Ability to multitask and balance answering emails and phone calls each day
Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service in a call center environment
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Available to work On-site 100%
