Our client in the New Haven area is seeking for an ideal candidate as a Manufacturing Customer Service Rep who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. A background in a manufacturing setting is REQUIRED for this role. This role is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity with a salary up to $65K annually.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with other internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Support Manager of Customer Service as needed
- At least 5+ years' of relevant work experience
- Required experience working in a Manufacturing/Account Management setting
- Experience in a non-retail setting required
- Experience with various ERP Systems a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced industry
