We are seeking a Customer Service Order Entry Coordinator who has at least 1 years of sales support experience! This is a direct hire opportunity that pays up to $60K annually w/ FULL benefits and great perks like *SUMMER HOURS*! Must enjoy a collaborative environment, working onsite 5 days a week and working for a family-owned company that is in growth mode. 

Job Description

  • Process incoming customer orders via email and phone in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate shipping of products (domestic and international) and answer questions relating to the status of an order
  • Create BOLs and any international paperwork needed
  • Collaborate with Suppliers, Dealers, and the Sales Reps to assure customers needs are not only met but exceeded!
  • Act as center of communication for traveling members of the team.
  • Manage part ordering to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Communicating with vendors as needed
  • Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring pricing is accurate
  • Update customer billing information including payment methods
  • Maintain relationships with parcel, FTL, and freight companies to make sure we are receiving the most competitive price and great service levels
  • Manage the customer database and customer surveys
  • Tradeshow support as needed which includes: coordinate trade show registration, order booth furniture, coordinate shipping of trade show crate.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of B2B Customer Service and/or Sales Support experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks or Sage highly preferred
