Provide exceptional B2B & B2Ccustomer service (over the phone and via email) as well as administrative support to the sales team
Handling around 30 -40 calls per day
Generating quotes for customers
Answering questions related to custom sauna builds - pricing, shipping info, availability, warranties, etc.
Tracking orders and locating missing shipments
Schedule deliveries, installations and service calls, taking into account efficient use of company resources while offering customers viable options
Answer customer questions regarding billing and payments - if you cannot resolve the question, you will be transferring the customer to the accounting team
Using various software and systems to record customer interaction and solutions
Maintain open and positive communication with other employees, internal departments and customers, and provide assistance where possible to support company-wide goals to exceed customers' expectations
Must be computer savvy and be proficient (or willing to learn!) with all Microsoft Office Products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, we communicate to our customers both internal and external through phone, email, and messaging
Must be a great collaborator, team-oriented, well- organized, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers
Pay range: $20/hr
Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm w/ a 1 hour lunch break
Location: 100% In-Office (hybrid options in the future, after 1 year of service)
