Job Duties/Description:

  • Provide exceptional B2B & B2Ccustomer service  (over the phone and via email) as well as administrative support to the sales team
    • Handling around 30 -40 calls per day
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Answering questions related to custom sauna builds -  pricing, shipping info, availability, warranties, etc.  
  • Tracking orders and locating missing shipments
  • Schedule deliveries, installations and service calls, taking into account efficient use of company resources while offering customers viable options
  • Answer customer questions regarding billing and payments - if you cannot resolve the question, you will be transferring the customer to the accounting team
  • Using various software and systems to record customer interaction and solutions
  • Maintain open and positive communication with other employees, internal departments and customers, and provide assistance where possible to support company-wide goals to exceed customers' expectations
  • Must be computer savvy and be proficient (or willing to learn!) with all Microsoft Office Products 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, we communicate to our customers both internal and external through phone, email, and messaging
  • Must be a great collaborator, team-oriented, well- organized, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers 
Additional Info:
  • Pay range:  $20/hr  
  • Schedule: M-F  8am - 5pm w/ a 1 hour lunch break
  • Location: 100% In-Office (hybrid options in the future, after 1 year of service)
