Job Description

Job Duties/Description:

  • Supporting the firms busiest department and 3 attorneys
  • Interact with clients to gather essential information for estate planning documents
  • Draft and prepare documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents
  • Assist in administration of probate estates and trusts, asset transfers, beneficiary notifications and coordinate with financial institutions
  • Conduct legal research to support attorneys
  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, maintain deadlines
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Assist with client billing and invoicing
  • E-filing

  • 2-3+ years experience with Estate Planning
  • Experience using ProLaw or ActionStep is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Bachelors Degree or Paralegal certificate required
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large case load

Additional Info:
  • Pay range:  $55K-70K
  • Schedule: 8a-4:30pm
  • Location100% in office, Maple Grove
  • Type: Direct Hire
