We have a local company located in Safety Harbor that is looking to grow their team!  We are looking for a BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CANDIDATE to join a team committed to developing your talent, rewarding your efforts, and providing opportunities for your career growth. They are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Admin to be the first line of communication for our customers and provide high-quality customer service. This can either be an in office position or Hybrid once training has been completed.  This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION! !!!!!!!!!

The Customer Experience Representative's primary responsibly is to ensure resident satisfaction by responding to resident inquiries in an efficient, timely and well-communicated manner.
?????Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·Serve as the daily point of contact for a group of residents as it relates to minor, and sometimes more complex, account issues
·Promptly research and respond to all inquirers from residents, via email and phone.
·Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Property Management experience (manager, asst. manager, leasing agent, etc.) or utility experience a plus
·Strong computer skills, including Excel
·Conflict Resolution
·1 year related experience

Pay rate - $33,280 - $37,440

COVID-19 considerations:
We take the safety of our Team very seriously. To help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we require masks to be worn in our offices. Our offices undergo a deep cleaning 3 times per week, and we also follow scheduling protocols to limit unnecessary contact.


High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Property management: 1 year (Preferred)
