Our client specializes in the automotive industry and they are looking for a dependable and diligent Customer Support Representative for a full-time job opportunity located in Dexter, MI.
In this role, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls assisting customers by answering inquiries and documenting updates in the company CRM database.
The Customer Support Representative will set appointments, answer calls, troubleshoot product failures and escalate issues through established company procedures.
The CSR will document customer account status in the company database accurately in a timely manner.
