Job Description
Looking for a career with growth, training, a collaborative environment, and work-life balance? Join us as a Banking Services Specialist at our Butler, PA branch. This full-time, in-office role runs Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account support in-person, over the phone, and via email
• Process payments, make deposits, disburse loan funds
• Assist with loan servicing, including document scanning and package preparation
• Handle routine customer inquiries and promote business solutions
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of customer service or related experience, preferably in banking/finance
• Strong communication, organizational, and software skills
• Ability to work during office hours and adapt to changes

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
