JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting for a Financial Analyst for our premier client!  ***Direct Hire***


In this position you will collaborate and lead providing financial and analytical support for the facility organization and will assist the business with the financial reporting and consolidation process. This position requires an individual interested in participating in the companying culture that is focused on consistent improvement, and execution of team objectives.

Salary $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
* Monthly and quarterly cyclical closings entries for various accounts (payroll, capex, etc.)
* Capital-related spend research, analysis, depreciation calculations, and preparing/posting journal entries for third-party costs, from the P&L and balance sheet perspective, along with periodic balance validations
* Liaise and partner with operational leads and planning team to answer capital expense and variance questions and inquiries
* Monitor, track, and report requisitions, purchase orders, and third-party supplier invoices for various capex projects

Recurring Reporting & Pricing Analysis
* Prepare and analyze various weekly and monthly financial and operational reports
* Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for various business functions as required
* Prepare and analyze various pricing requests as needed
* Support Sales in forecast and margin analysis
* Maintain and update pricing database and prices in ERP system

Other Activities
* Partner with the other departments and team during month-end and budget/forecast cycles
* Assist with preparing presentations and supporting materials for management presentations
* Support Internal and External Audit requests
* Support various improvement projects as required
* Support other accounting and finance functions as required


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need

 A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
 Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
