Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Admissions Manager to join an innovative start up company in Palo Alto, CA!
Compensation:  Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The expected base salary for this role is $88,000 to $93,000+ DOE.

Opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, community-driven teammate to drive our Admissions and Selection processes across founder, mentor and demo day applicants. Leverage your aligned process improvement and organization skills to become a committed advocate of high quality admissions to our community. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, a track record of successful professional project management, and an ability to learn how to measure and track key metrics. Be ready to learn through self- and group-study about our Admissions processes, and proactively develop your understanding of our founder, mentor and applicant communities. The goal is to ensure that our community maintains a high quality bar for acceptance and that we are continually improving our processes to meet and exceed that quality bar. This will ensure all participants have exceptional experiences and allow our community of founders to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities
Engage in rigorous training in order to deeply understand our Admissions processes
Oversee and track progress for all core admissions and training processes
Engage in our live Admissions processes in multiple staff roles, from synthesizing judge feedback to leading post-interview debrief conversations
After experiencing rounds of Admissions cycles, recommend improvements to admissions and training processes to ensure high quality outcomes and positive participant experience
As needed, resolve logistics- and quality-related issues in a timely manner
Identify key metrics to track to ensure participant satisfaction and quality outcomes both near and long-term
Communicate Admissions rubrics and processes internally and externally, including at events with applicants, judges and staff

A Day in the Life
Read and assess applications from startup founders applying to join our community
Join a team-wide All Hands Meeting and share an overview of upcoming Founder Admissions staff roles, including best practices for each roles
Meet with current Founder Admissions Judges to help them assess the fit of potential new judges
Prepare an email overview of next steps for approved Investor Demo Day participants - both startup founders and judges
Spend individual work time reviewing past founder Admissions decisions against current founder success in order to assess the quality of our Admissions framework
Prepare for an upcoming training that you will lead for new founder Admissions judges, ensuring the judges understand our Admissions framework and their role
Double check virtual interview links have been correctly created
