Join our clients team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician where you'll ensure smooth operation and maintenance of machinery across electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with technical expertise, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, motors, motion controls, pumps, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure proper operation of machinery and support equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Identify issues by observing equipment in operation and using precision instruments for troubleshooting.
- Maintain inventory records for machine parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Adhere to and promote workplace safety, following all established safety policies and procedures.

- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery operations.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Effective time management for balancing multiple short- and long-term projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- High customer service standards for addressing internal client needs promptly.
Skills & Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: 2+ years of experience in a related field; industrial machinery maintenance preferred.
- Required: Flexibility for off-schedule calls and availability for overtime when needed.
- Preferred: Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and CMMS (MVP One).
