Job Description

Direct Hire Opportunity for Chief Operations Officer for Electronics Industry Company in Santa Ana, CA

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 + Performance Bonus!

Key Responsibilities

  • As the COO, you'll play a pivotal role in seamlessly implementing and integrating the Entrepreneurial Operations into our corporate culture and operations
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to department leaders, helping them to understand and apply company principles and tools to implement 
  • Facilitate regular operation meetings, including installation, sales, inventory analysis and forecasting
  • Ensure that processes and tools are being consistently applied across all departments and teams
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align objectives with overall company goals and strategy
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize implementation

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Integrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of the EOS system
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Results-oriented, with a strong track record of successfully implementing and integrating within an organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred)
