Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Watsonville

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour

Job Overview:

Ultimate staffing is seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to handle domestic shipping, including LTL, parcel, and sample shipments. The role involves generating pick tickets, picking, packing, pulling orders, and handling heavy shipping. The candidate must be comfortable lifting boxes up to 50 lbs and working with in-house 3PL software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic shipping, including LTL, parcel, and sample shipments.
• Generate and process pick tickets.
• Pick, pack, and pull orders for shipment.
• Handle heavy shipping duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Utilize in-house 3PL software and Paste Jet for order processing.
• Process shipments with FedEx prepaid and UPS.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of markup (m/u) and pricing conversion.
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
• Experience in shipping and receiving, particularly with heavy items.

Additional Info:

No kitting is required in this role.
