Job Description

Are you an experienced Press Operator with Flexographic, Offset, or Wide Web printing experience? Join a collaborative team and bring your skills to a well-respected company with a culture that values quality and innovation!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient setup and operation of Flexographic press to meet quality and safety specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the press is fully stocked and ready for production.
  • Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in printing, with flexographic experience preferred (offset or wide web experience considered).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.
