Ultimate Staffing is working with an International 3rd Party Logistics organization headquartered in the St. Louis area to find an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Ideal candidates will have a mixture of experience in customer support and executive-level support experience.

Title: Executive Assistant

Location: West St. Louis County, MO- Onsite only, travel required

Status: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Mon - Fri, primarily 8 am to 5 pm

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 plus annual bonus

Overview: The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to organize, schedule and attend client visits onsite and virtual, as well as delegate tasks to the Operations Team as requested. The Executive Assistant will also work with high-level clients and requires a high degree of professionalism and top-notch customer service and problem-solving skills.

This role will grow and develop over time and may shift to larger customer-focused responsibilities. This person may also travel Nationally and to Mexico with the CEO to meet with current and potential customers once or twice per month for one to two days at a time.

Responsibilities Include:

· Organize and schedule meetings, calls and appointments with clients on-site and virtually, arrange travel accommodations to client sites, taking meeting minutes, preparing and sending meeting recap, etc.

· Act as point of contact for high-level clients and escalated customer matters.

· Create client presentations for Account Updates and Reviews, sales presentations, etc. Lead presentations and meetings as needed.

· Travel to customer sites with North America and Mexico with CEO as needed, up to one or twice times per month for one to two days per trip.

· Prepare external and internal communication as directed by CEO.

· Attend, lead or prepare weekly meetings with Company Partners, Owners and internal Stakeholders.

· Work closely with CEO on administrative tasks - Delegating tasks to Operations team as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree or higher is preferred but not required.

· 3-5 years of Administrative, Sales or Executive-level support.

· 3-5 years of Customer Service, Account Management or related experience.

· Must be comfortable working within multiple CRMs and software applications.

· Must have top-notch organizational and communication skills and the ability to remain professional at all times.

· Must be flexible with travel and start/end times based on needs of the business.
