A leading provider in the health insurance industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health Insurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a Health Insurance Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in the health insurance industry. This experience can be from the agency/broker side, the carrier side, or even billing in a doctor's office. The ideal candidate will have a customer service mindset, the ability to multitask, and the flexibility to pivot as necessary. They should be able to follow detailed instructions, confidently ask questions when needed, and work both collaboratively and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with health insurance inquiries and issues
• Process and manage health insurance claims and billing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in the health insurance industry (agency/broker, carrier, or billing in a doctor's office)
• Willingness to obtain a California insurance license (or already licensed)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and pivot as necessary
• Confidence to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
