Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Billing Analyst to join our Client Billing team. In this role, you'll handle invoicing, revenue calculations, and client support, while working on process improvements and technology projects.

Location: Newport Beach, CAPayrate: $31Hours: 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue specialized investment management fee invoices (about 350 per quarter) with high accuracy.Provide monthly revenue calculations for the general ledger and perform variance analysis on accruals.Address and resolve client inquiries quickly and accurately.Review internal reports for accuracy and perform detailed analysis on discrepancies.Work with global teams (Legal, Account Management, Finance) to resolve issues.Collaborate with A/R Analysts and Billing Management to improve processes and reduce risks.Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Technology.3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or operations.Strong accounting skills and analytical abilities.Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Commitment to values like Collaboration, Openness, Responsibility, and Excellence.Skills:
