Job Description

Ultimate Staffing working with a leading semiconductor company who is looking for a Die Attach/Wire Bond Technician. Get your foot in the door and start ASAP!

Die Attach/Wire Bond Operator: 

  • Location: San Jose, CA 
  • Monday - Friday 
  • Day or Swing Shift Options
  • Start ASAP
  • $24.50/hr - $33/hr + OT 
Ability to read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications and bills of materials.  Ability to follow written instructions and procedures to perform die attach or epoxy die attach by hand. 
Utilize tools such as microscope, tweezers and other small hand tools to complete assembly
Assist with verifying parts in kit box, labeling, cycle counts
Requirements:  HS Diploma, one year experience
  • Perform manual and auto wire bonding on K/S 4524A and ASM E60 machine
  • Inspect, test and verify bonding
  • Perform bond pull test
  • Utilize tweezers, microscopes and other small tools to complete assembly
  • Follow detailed instructions, log and drawings to aid in assembly of components
Background
  • Ability to start on an immediate temporary-to-hire basis is required
  • Prior experience with wire bonding is required
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing ESD clothing is required
  • Background investigation and drug screen required
