Job Description

• Operating and maintaining the large format UV printers
• Printing artwork on various materials and products
• Efficiently produce a wide variety of signs to reach and exceed departmental production goals and meet tight deadlines.
• Assist in the design and fabrication of custom signage to help our customers with their needs using a multitude of materials and processes.
• Understand machine capabilities and processes to help maximize efficiency and quality.
• Learn to troubleshoot variances in materials and make machine adjustments accordingly.
• Assist with prototyping new processes and signage ideas to increase our catalog of products.
• Assessing inventory levels for materials, supplies, and parts used
• Demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for what you do
• Cross-train within and across the departments to be able to help out in additional tasks when needed
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment to ensure high quality products and efficient production.
• Be able to communicate clear needs and ideas through verbal and written communication in a positive, professional manner.
• Consistent communication to your team and manager.
