Job Description

We are seeking a temporary?Talent Development Coordinator to provide support to our client's global Talent Development. The support role focuses on the coordination and execution of training sessions, calendaring, and participant management. The role will be 100% onsite in Newport Beach, CA - 6 month contract; $35-39/hr

  • Assist with logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling and setting up sessions in the LMS.
  • Support communications by providing information about schedules, materials, and any adjustments to the program. Assist in maintaining accurate attendance records within the LMS.
  • Coordinate with vendors for event preparation, including securing participant lists, and assist with post-event activities such as attendance confirmation.
  • Support the inquiries via the general mailbox and "tickets".
  • Assist in the administrative process for Workday Learning Courses and requests for educational reimbursement, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in human resources, learning, talent development, or related administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly Workday Learning, is advantageous.
  • Professional Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
