Investor Relations Associate!!

Job Summary:
We present an investment opportunity that delivers returns higher than the market average without dependence on the Stock Market or the Federal Reserve. We are on the lookout for an Investor Relations Specialist who possesses excellent communication skills, is a dedicated team player, and excels in sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to secure capital from inquiries generated through radio, web leads, and conferences.
Our ideal candidate should have a servant's heart to answer questions, provide respectful, consistent follow-through, and desire to help investors understand the Yrefy story and how we offer a strong fixed rate of return not tied to the stock market. A solid grasp of selling principles, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role. Duties/Responsibilities:
* Communicates with potential and current investors, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and following up on leads/tasks. No cold calling.
* Understands potential and current investors' needs and identifies sales opportunities.
* Answers potential and current investors' questions and sends additional information via email/mail when appropriate.
* Plans meetings and documents according to the SEC regulations.
* Keeps up with product information and updates.
* Creates and maintains a database of potential and current investors.
* Explains and demonstrates product and service features.
* Documents all information accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Attends conferences as needed.
* Attends all meetings and training courses as required.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong listening and sales skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of CRM software.
* Ability to be flexible with inbound call coverage.
