Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for an insurance firm located in Torrance. The CSR rep will be the point of contact for the office.

100% Onsite

Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:30pm or 9am-6pm

Salary: $20-$24 DOE

Duties:

• Manage incoming calls and email correspondence.
• Identify and assess customer needs.
• Keep records of customer communication, process accounts accurately and update accounts as needed.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Scheduling appointments as needed for agents.
• Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers.
• Upholds customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity.
• Ensuring to enter and file customer information accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Must have CSR/Clerical experience
• Able to document customer service calls efficiently and with detail.
• Knows how to ease conflict and provide the appropriate resolutions.
• Must have great communication, and written skills.
