Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Soldering Technician to support a leading semiconductor company located in San Jose, CA. Target pay is $24.50 and we are looking to hire quickly.

This person will have a good attention to detail, ability to work with a complex PCB, work in a clean room environment, be an independent worker that shows initiative.

Experience with:

• Tweezers/small hand tools, microscope, solder iron, ability to use a respirator and solvent degreaser
• Manual hand soldering, following assembly drawings (SMT and Through hole)
• Perform under microscope, accurate, detailed level assembly work
• Work with MIL-STD-883
• IPC-610 a plus
• Comprehend procedures/documentations/drawings
• Follow procedures and drawings, light computer work
• Testing Magnetics
