Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion in Burlington, MA on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Location: Burlington, MA

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports
• Establish logs and track submittals, RFIs, PCO's, change orders, and purchase/delivery for long lead times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years' experience with scheduling experience with proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Solid knowledge of RFI, PCO, change order, SOV, compete requisition, and subcontract negotiation processes
• Strong leadership and ability to lead others with exceptional communication
• Experience with budget process and cost coding
• Ability to travel for project meetings as required
