They are looking for a full-time Client Relations Specialist position to be the first line of communication for our customers and provide high-quality customer service. If so, please read on!  In this position you will be a part of a Team responsible for a group of clients in various states.  TRAVEL UP FROM 25% TO 50% IS REQUIRED.  
This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION!  

Job Duties and Needed Skills
:
Property Liaison
Interacts with Community Managers via phone, email and in person for the purposes of complaint resolution and training.
Requires excellent written and verbal skills
Property Management experience (manager, asst. manager, leasing agent, etc.) or hospitality experience a plus
Strong computer skills, including Excel
Travel, both in state and out of state, between 25%-50% will be required after training.
Contact Clients and Customers, via phone or in-person, to gauge customer satisfaction and handle issues.
Conduct web portal trainings for new customers.
Host "Lunch & Learn" events for potential customers.
Attend tradeshows on behalf of the company.
Travel up to 50% of the time, after training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Must be able to deescalate angry clients
Valid Driver's License Required

Salary - $40,000 - $45000

Qualifications

  • High level of organization and attention to detail a must
  • Comfortable handling monetary transactions and different methods of payment
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Monday - Friday, 8 am-5pm

COVID-19 considerations:
We take the safety of our Team very seriously. To help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we require masks to be worn in our offices. Our offices undergo a deep cleaning 3 times per week, and we also follow scheduling protocols to limit unnecessary contact.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Property management: 1 year (Preferred)
