Our Medical Device Technologies client is seeking a Clinical Contracts Analyst in Irvine, CA!

Clinical Contracts Analyst
Location: Remote/Hybrid in Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite OR Remote outside of 50 miles)
Duration: 6+ months, Contract, W-2
Pay:  $42 - 46/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide guidance on and negotiate contracts terms and conditions for clinical trial agreements and non disclosure agreements. Identify risks and key stakeholders to the company
  • Develop, assess and improve processes for tracking and reporting business unit payment and compensation information to meet all applicable regulations and processes
  • May track business unit and payment milestones against contract terms. Resolve payment queries and confirm contract compliance. Budget negotiation experience is preferred.

  • Analyze need for contract amendments or renewals and make recommendations, and/or negotiate changes, to terms and conditions

Additional Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Full knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA and Sunshine Act)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
  • 2-4 years of experience required
  • Paralegal experience preferred
  • Clinical Trial experience preferred, medical device or pharmaceutical experience highly preferred
