Our Medical Device Technologies client is seeking a Clinical Contracts Analyst in Irvine, CA!
Clinical Contracts Analyst
Location: Remote/Hybrid in Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite OR Remote outside of 50 miles)
Duration: 6+ months, Contract, W-2
Pay: $42 - 46/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide guidance on and negotiate contracts terms and conditions for clinical trial agreements and non disclosure agreements. Identify risks and key stakeholders to the company
- Develop, assess and improve processes for tracking and reporting business unit payment and compensation information to meet all applicable regulations and processes
- May track business unit and payment milestones against contract terms. Resolve payment queries and confirm contract compliance. Budget negotiation experience is preferred.

- Analyze need for contract amendments or renewals and make recommendations, and/or negotiate changes, to terms and conditions
Additional Skills:- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Full knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA and Sunshine Act)
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
- 2-4 years of experience required
- Paralegal experience preferred
- Clinical Trial experience preferred, medical device or pharmaceutical experience highly preferred
