Salary - $45k-$50k
Manage and continuously update contact and prospect database, ensuring the accuracy and currency of information.
Develop a comprehensive and permission-based distribution list, maximizing its size and reach.
Obtain explicit permission to contact all prospects/contacts, extending invitations to join various communication channels such as the Daily Digest, Email blasts, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Conduct research to identify potential new business opportunities and expand our contacts database.
Identify and engage a reputable list vendor to source current contact information and email addresses.
Compile a comprehensive list of health nonprofits worldwide, encompassing hospitals and related organizations.
Regularly review and clean distribution lists on a monthly basis, categorizing contacts into subgroups (e.g., Full, Insider, Competitors, Clients, Former Clients, Top Prospects) for better organization and targeted communication.
Develop and oversee the portfolios of the business development team, ensuring efficient management and organization of client lists and data.
Foster close collaboration with the business development team to strategize, plan, and implement effective outreach campaigns aimed at generating new leads and opportunities.
Analyze and evaluate data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement in our outreach and sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored content and campaigns that effectively support our outreach initiatives.
Monitor industry-specific websites to identify potential leads and prospects for our business development activities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in marketing, business development, lead generation, or a related field
Proven track record of being a dedicated and hard-working professional, willing to put in long hours when necessary.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Experience working a CRM system, utilizing it effectively to manage contacts, prospects, and campaigns.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with sales and marketing best practices, continuously staying updated on industry trends and implementing innovative strategies.
