Ultimate Staffing has partnered with some of the Valley's top employers in search of Administrative Assistants. There are temporary and temp to hire opportunities available with salary ranges from $20-24 per hour.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Research and creates presentations
- Generate reports
- Handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office, proficiency in Excel a HUGE plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
