Job Description

Customer Service Representative in El Dorado Hills
Position Details:
This position will be handling all inbound calls from end users, dealers and field sales team.
Provide customer service for external and internal customers.
Provide warranty option for customers needing repairs.
Submit new orders and enter repair orders into system.
Able to handle heavy phones. 
Will open boxes and process equipment for team to repair.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:
-1-2 years of customer service rep experience with customers on the phone
-Must have amazing customer service skills and love to make the customer feel important
-Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and co-workers
-Looking for stable, long -term opportunity.
-Have a can-do attitude and be a dependable team member
-MS office proficient and able to learn new computer systems

Position is 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday
