We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Supervisor. As a Property Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management and maintenance of properties in Pasadena, California. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company standards and guidelines.
- Supervise property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacant units, conducting tenant screenings, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely response to work orders and resolving tenant complaints or issues.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition and identify any areas for improvement.
- Monitor property budgets, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the accounting department for accurate record-keeping.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on local housing regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing procedures, and maintenance operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
