Construction Project Manager DIRECT HIRE $80K-$100K Burlington MA
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to define scope, schedule needs, and manage purchasing and installation processes.
- Partner with the project team to create and implement project plans.
- Adhere to established ISO policies and procedures.
- Review and set priorities in coordination with the PM.
- Create and maintain logs to track submittals, RFIs, PCOs, change orders, and long lead item purchases and deliveries.
- Contribute positively to the overall success and profitability of projects.
- Coordinate material acquisition directly with the PM.
- Ensure adherence to quality management and control practices.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Construction project administration for a general contractor or subcontracting company.
- Proficient in understanding contract language and defining scopes of work.
- Familiar with RFI, PCO, and change order processes, as well as PO, SOV, requisition processes, and subcontract negotiation and award procedures.
- Knowledgeable about OSHA regulations and general industry safety practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experienced in budgeting, cost coding, and possesses strong analytical skills, including forecasting and reporting.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for project meetings and other project-related requirements.
