As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a valuable member of the team who will support walk-in clients along with customer inquires in the form of phone calls, emails, and online chat.

This is a temp-to-hire, on-site opportunity!

In this Customer Support Representative Role, you will: 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Assist with setting up training seminars
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
You will be successful in this role if you have a positive attitude, are people oriented and have attention to detail.

Customer Support Representative Requirements: 
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Great Customer service with a friendly outgoing attitude
  • Communication skills
  • Data entry
  • Must be well organized
  • Work independently and work within a team
  • Basic computer skills

Pay: $17-19 DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Every other Saturday
