Now hiring for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative in Burbank, CA:
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA
- Customer Service experience required
- 0-3 years inventory management experience
- 0-2 years purchasing experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Assisting E-commerce customers via phone and mail (approximately 50 calls per day)
- Assisting with audits, inventory management, RMA's, and updating CRM records
- Other duties as assigned
