Job Description

Now hiring for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative in Burbank, CA:

Pay: $18-$24/hr
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA


  • Customer Service experience required
  • 0-3 years inventory management experience
  • 0-2 years purchasing experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Job Duties:
  • Assisting E-commerce customers via phone and mail (approximately 50 calls per day)
  • Assisting with audits, inventory management, RMA's, and updating CRM records
  • Other duties as assigned
