Established company is looking for a Receptionist in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Starting pay is at $17/hour and can go upward to $20/hour dependent upon experience/qualifications. See the details below:

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and transfer to correct departments
  • Greeting customers at the front desk and providing exceptional customer service
  • Filing, scanning, and sorting of mail
  • Data entry and accuracy with data input
  • Other general office duties as assigned
  • 1+ years of experience as Receptionist/Office experience
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional customer service
