We are hiring for multiple Customer Service Call Center roles in the greater Pasadena area. Temp and Temp-Hire opportunities are available! Pay ranges from $17-19/hour.
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Must be able to resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Responsible for handling customer orders, including processing payments and providing shipping information.
- Responsible for providing technical support to customers who are experiencing problems with the company's products or services.
- Responsible for entering customer information into a database or CRM system.
- Trained to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
- Responsible for following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the company's products or services.
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly for future reference.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer privacy, data protection, and security.
