Customer Service/Sales Assistant
Direct Hire
Full-time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (In Office)
Brea, CA

$40,000 annually + up to $5,000 in bonuses



  • Data Entry. Organizes, maintains files, documents, and/or logs.
  • Work closely with sales team on invoicing and PO system
  • Regularly provide reports and financial data (follow up with the customer and collect account receivable payment)
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers through consistent communication via phone, email, and social media.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls in a clear and professional manner.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Proactively develop new business by prospecting for new customers via phone, email, and software tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up with leads.
  • Keeping up with products and service information.
  • Keeping CRM up to date.
  • Assisting Outside Sales with preparing for customer presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist Sales Manager with special projects or other duties as needed.
  • Participate with management and other departments/personnel on special projects and other duties as needed.

  • 1~2+ years' experience in a sales assistant or inside sales or sales role. (Plus)
  • Experience using QuickBooks (Plus)
  • Work Authorization in US. (Required)
  • Maintaining corporate and local policies.
  • Excellent communication skills & listening skills.
  • Supporting our core strategies contained within our strategic plan.
  • Persistence and determination to achieve sales targets.
  • Positive and friendly attitude with lots of energy.
  • Team player
  • This position is 100% in the office.
  • Alert management of incidents that may require management advice or approval.
  • Respond to phone calls and e-mails within an acceptable timeframe not to exceed 24 hours.
  • Prioritize workload and request assistance as necessary to reduce backlog.
  • Participate with management and other departments/personnel on special projects and other duties as needed.
  • Compensation for this role consists of both base salary and commission.
