We have established a partnership with a reputable real estate company located in West Palm Beach, Florida, who is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with corporate and field hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
* Understand the present and future hiring requirements and evaluate the talent market to propose appropriate recruitment strategies.
* Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to gather job details, clarify responsibilities and qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies accordingly.
* Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build and nurture diverse talent pipelines.
* Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and facilitate virtual live interviews.
* Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, including scheduling and confirming interviews with hiring managers.
* Support internal partners by providing training on talent acquisition processes and best practices.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
* Handle all candidate-related activities in a timely manner within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as managing requisitions, engaging candidates, progressing applicants, and closing requisitions.
* Uphold compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruiting process.
* Perform other assigned duties and projects as required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment-related roles.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using diverse technology-driven sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc., to recruit passive candidates.
* Excellent relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Prior experience with an ATS.
* Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
* Capable of working both independently and as a team player.
