Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Discipline Manager (Stress) to work with our Aerospace client in Jupiter, FL.
Location: Jupiter, FL
Duration: Full Time
Salary terms: Up to $185,000 annually by W-2
* Expert in Structural Analysis and to provide support & guidance in Analysis task execution to the engineers
* Discipline Reviews to ensure high quality of delivery
* Proficiency enhancement programs and periodically conduct Discipline Health Reviews.
* To create and revise Standard Works and procedures
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Engineering from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
Work Experience and Essential Skills: - 15+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years of experience working in aerospace sector (aero engine experience)
- An expert in structural analysis methods and theory.
- Ability to mentor others
- Microsoft office - PowerPoint for Redline Creation and Outlook for requests
- Experience with CAD software - Solidworks, UG/ NX and ANSYS software
- Reading technical prints, Teamcenter, follow Standard Works and produce Standard works for task execution
- Must have a well-rounded view on issues surrounding innovation, technologies, retail, production, and mobility services throughout the world and can propose solutions for local as well as global automotive markets.
- All-round knowledge of various technologies associated with Aerospace industry is the key
- Demonstrated development of a professional network and experience with handling aerospace clients
- Proven skills and the ability to proactively support/counsel key client relationship
