Job Title: Account Management

Job Duties:

• Familiar supporting inside sales and customer service functions
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with our channel partners and end customers
• Experience with order entry and expediting
• Comfortable managing quotes and account maintenance
• Familiar with RMAs(return merchandise authorization)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in an appropriate business or technical field.
• At least 1-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience involving manufactured products
• Strong PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, web navigation)
• Strong administrative and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and energetic attitude

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $20.50 + DOE
• Schedule: 100% in office for training then goes hybrid
• Location: Medina, MN
• Type: Direct Hire
