Job Title: Account Management
Job Duties:
- Familiar supporting inside sales and customer service functions
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with our channel partners and end customers
- Experience with order entry and expediting
- Comfortable managing quotes and account maintenance
- Familiar with RMAs(return merchandise authorization)
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in an appropriate business or technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience involving manufactured products
- Strong PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, web navigation)
- Strong administrative and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and energetic attitude
Additional Info: - Pay range: $20.50 + DOE
- Schedule: 100% in office for training then goes hybrid
- Location: Medina, MN
- Type: Direct Hire
