Our Client in Aerospace is looking for an Engineering Manager. This is onsite Full-Time position in Jupiter, FL

POSITION PURPOSE
* Responsible for operational excellence in all aspects of delivery
* Oversee the delivery governance- ensure high quality delivery through market-leading capabilities & standardized processes
* Work in collaboration with Sales team, Chief Engineers and Team Leaders of the account to drive client satisfaction and retention through account-specific SLA achievement

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Primary activities including but not limited to the following:
* Ensure productivity improvements in account delivery teams
o Interface with SMEs & Team Leaders on potential risks/challenges in servicing customers and to approve account-specific investments, succession planning and rotation
o Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluation of the team; drive improvement through regular feedback
* Establish robust leadership team for delivery governance - ensure operational excellence
in delivery processes and policies
o Orchestrate delivery excellence programs to enhance delivery efficiency and drive better client experience through improved deliverable quality
o Develop policies, processes to lead organization to highest delivery quality standards
* Own deal solutioning, formulate processes & policies
o Review and sign-off the cost and resource requirements in a deal review process; approve requests for all staffing requisitions
o Formalize strategic and operational plans for accounts (incl. budgets); establish regular cadence for on-track performance of the workforce
* Support new growth focus by ensuring provision of resources for proposals, investments, offerings etc.
o Serve on the investments committee and Technology Council; approve business cases for offerings development, account investments
o Liaise with the Recruitment to ensure availability, skill & proficiency development & provision of resources for proposals, solutioning and investments

Qualification:
Master's Degree in Engineering / Business Administration from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience

Work Experience and Essential Skills:

  • 15+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years of experience working in aerospace sector (aero engine experience)
  • Must have a well-rounded view on issues surrounding innovation, technologies, retail, production, and mobility services throughout the world and can propose solutions for local as well as global automotive markets.
  • All-round knowledge of various commercial models for Aerospace industry is the key
  • Demonstrated development of a professional network and experience with handling aerospace clientsProven skills and the ability to proactively support/counsel key client relationship
