Job Description

Our client in South Austin is looking to bring in an Enrollment Personnel candidate to their team! 

This position is hybrid. 

Pay: $22/hr+

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 

Job Responsibilities 

• Work Experience in Education is helpful but not as important as sales or customer service experience
• This person is on the front lines with their prospective students
• High volume, 100 per day (combination of calls, emails and other activities)
• Must be able to sit in front of a computer for 6+ hours - rest of day broken up with client appointments, webinars and campus tours
• Working with surface level, general information on programs
• Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks without much handholding
• Making phone calls to applicants, emailing prospective students, answering inquiries
• Customer Service/Sales/Call Center experience needed
