Job Description: Client Billing Specialist
We are seeking a meticulous Client Billing Specialist to oversee our monthly pro forma process and act as the primary liaison for billing attorneys and clients. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in all billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Monthly Pro Forma Process: Oversee and process monthly pro formas efficiently.
Implement Attorney Edits: Apply and complete attorney edits on pro formas accurately.
Ensure Compliance: Review billing activities for adherence to guidelines.
Finalize Billing: Prepare and submit final invoices through electronic billing systems.
Accounts Receivable Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups on accounts receivable with clients.
The Client Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in streamlining billing operations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with preference for candidates with law firm experience.
Initiative and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
Electronic Invoice Submission: Proficiency in using electronic platforms for invoice submission.
Client Billing Knowledge: Deep understanding of client billing requirements and specific billing software.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Elite Billing Software.
Salary:
$57K - $60K
