Job Description
We are seeking Administrative Assistants for an established company in the greater Pasadena area. Pay: $19-25
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area or person
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents using various software tools such as Microsoft Office
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Maintaining and organizing files and records
- Handling travel arrangements and reservations for staff members
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
- Coordinating and organizing events and meetings
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Handling customer service inquiries and complaints
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Managing petty cash and other financial transactions
