Job Description

  • answer inbound phone calls and emails
  • greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors
  • keep front office orderly
  • responsible for maintaining and keeping conference rooms orderly
  • open and sort all incoming mail
  • record checks received in log
  • distribute incoming deliveries
  • checking and processing copies, typing letters, out going mail, and deliveries
  • assist contracts admin with typing, word processing, and proposals if needed
  • responsible for maintaining and filing all documents
  • set up new file folders when needed
  • maintain filing areas for organization
  • calculating employee mileage log and turning into business manager
  • supply ordering
  • process vendor payments
  • maintain new hire orientation packets
