We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager. A Leading Commercial Property Management company in Newport Beach is adding to their team. This is an ON SITE role. This is a full time, Temp to Hire or Direct Hire opportunity.Apply or email: $70k8:30-5:30 PMSupport to the Property Manager in running office buildings effectively and efficiently. Must be able to work on site in San Diego, Carlsbad and Newport Beach.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to Property ManagerManage tenant requests in a manner that will promote a positive experienceManage organized and up to date tenant filesManage of rent collectionsSend tenant notices as neededManage vendors administrative files, service requests, preventative maintenance, and compliance of building systemsMiscellaneous dutiesMaintain lease and property filesTrack tenant and vendor insurance; request new or renewed certificates as required.Answer phoneOther duties as neededPerform property walks and report findings to Property Manager Required Skills2-3 years of proven work experience aa an Assistant Property ManagerExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsWillingness to work as a team in a fast paced environment Qualifications and skills desired:Bachelors degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution required.2+ years of operations/property management (retail) experience, preferably in the shopping center industry.Excellent attention to detail.Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and customer service/tenant relations orientation.Good communication skills, both written and oralProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Property Management software.
